Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from any of the design services rendered by Creative Mind Work, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it will be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with the initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs submission. Refund policy is only applicable on services/packages that specifically mention money back guarantee on the website itself or on the invoice.

All refund requests will be processed in the following arrangement herewith:

* If refund request is made before design submissions, you will be eligible for a full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
* If refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for 50% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)

* If refund request is made beyond 48 hrs. and under 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
* No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, or if final design files have been shared with the customer. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you may contact us anytime via email or phone in case of any queries.

Delivery Policy

1. Once we received order we will start working on it after 2 hours of placing the order.
2. If you place an order for Left Chest digitizing the estimated time will be 12 hours.
3. If you place an order for Jacket Back digitizing the estimated time will be 14 hours.
4. If you place an order for Vector the estimated time will be 14 hours.
5. If you wish to have a Bronze Package the estimated time will be 14 hours.
6. If you wish to have a Gold Package the estimated time will be 14 hours.
7. If you wish to hava a Platinum Package the estimated time will be 18 hours.
8. If you need something customized in your way an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.
9. If you want a fast delivery so you must have to inform us while placing the order so that we can process it in that way.
If you forgot to mention that you want it quickly and placed the order. We will then see how we can help you. We will try to match with your delivery time
but we can’t make any promise for that.
10.If we exceed the estimate time frame we gave you. We won’t charge you for that order.
